We understand that you may have specific preferences when it comes to the brands and components in your gaming PC. While we strive to offer flexibility, certain inventory constraints may require us to use alternative brands for some parts, such as GPUs and RAM. Rest assured, every component we use comes from a trusted, industry-leading brand.

How We Accommodate Your Preferences

Share Your Preferences Early: Let us know your preferred or non-preferred brands before or immediately after placing your order. Email us at Support@ApexGamingPCs.com, and we’ll do our best to meet your requests based on current stock availability.
Pricing Adjustments: Some brands or models may come at a higher cost. If your preferred choice affects the price, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your approval before making any changes.

Post-Delivery Brand Adjustments

Changed your mind after receiving your PC? No problem! Within 3 days of delivery, you can request a brand change for any component. Here’s how it works:

If the replacement part has the same specifications and a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) within 5% of the original, we’ll cover the cost.
If you’re upgrading to a higher-priced model, we’ll simply charge the difference.

Examples:

Switching from 16GB DDR4-3600 Non-RGB memory by Mushkin to Team Group? No extra cost.
Upgrading from a Gigabyte Windforce OC RTX 4060 to an Asus ROG Strix 4060? We’ll adjust the price accordingly.

1. Brand-New, Authentic Parts

Every part in your PC is brand-new, sourced directly from reputable manufacturers or authorized distributors. From processors and graphics cards to memory, storage, and power supplies, we guarantee authenticity and quality.

2. No-Questions-Asked Replacement

If you have any concerns about the condition of a part within 72 hours of delivery, we’ll replace it—no questions asked. Here’s how it works:

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery by contacting Support@ApexGamingPCs.com.
We’ll promptly send a replacement part that matches or exceeds the original’s quality and specifications.
We cover all costs, including shipping and handling.

3. Your Role in the Process

Let us know about any concerns within the 72-hour window.
Work with us to provide necessary details and return the part in question.

4. Limitations

This policy applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or modifications after delivery.
