My son loves his new computer and our original interactions with salespeople and customer service were great. However, I have been extremely frustrated with customer service since the monitor, mouse, and PC were delivered without the keyboard that was ordered and paid for. I have spent the past three weeks calling and emailing to get a new keyboard sent. On three separate occasions, I have been assured that a keyboard would be shipped in the next two days. We still do not have the keyboard. I'm sure when i call today, I'll be told the same story...

They did an amazing job with the PC. I bought a extra SSD to get more space and the person who took my call to explain to me how to install it was patient and super helpful considering I didn’t have much experience with PC’s. They promised I would receive it before Christmas and they delivered on that promise. I would recommend APEX to anybody who asks. They even gave me an upgraded motherboard since the one I picked wasn’t stocked just to get it to me in time. If there was an option for 6 stars I would choose it.

This is my first and last purchase from apex gaming will not recomend to anyone of my friends the pc is a great, dont get me wrong it runs well bit loud with the fans but runs games and videos without issue the issue is the customer service. I have sent out a message to the support about acouple of issues i had 1)It said £300 delivery costs which i paid then i got a email that said i had to pay the tax of delivery which was £185 and emailed apex for information on this hidden fee no responce.2)It says on the product it comes with a ssd card 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD (Up to 5,000 MB/S) Which ive searched online and couldnt find inside the pc sent another email its now been over 7 days no responce so i spent around £2700 on a pc that was damaged case doesnt close properly missing parts and took over a month to be on my desk. Would recomend another computer seller as this 1 is not worth the price or the customer service.

I like the apex zen displayed in your advertising my zen looks nothing like the one displayed but cost nearly $2800 I assume that the advertised model must be a $7000 computer making the best out of this disappointing purchase which cost me probably a thousand dollars more than the computer is worth as for future purchases “ no thank you”
To everyone out there you can believe the online reviews I saw some and tried to pull out of the purchase 36 hours later and was denied the opportunity
Therefore I will definitely deny the opportunity of a good review

Ive only had for one day, but so far thing has blown my mind compared to my old pc (skytech gaming) dont get me wrong. The skytech one was great for just streaming, but also was a cheaper end pc and couldnt handle the games and streaming, but this beast handles both streaming and gaming at the same time. Very pleased with this purchase for a RTS build and all the bad things ive heard from this company. I still went with my gut and knew very little about some stuff on pcs. And went with this one. And it handles anything ive thrown at it so far. If your hesitate i wouldnt be. People throw shade for some of the littlest things. So if you believe they are a good company believe it. Because i do, yes theyre marked up on the high price side. But its for the people that dont know what theyre doing when it comes to putting a pc together. And this beat can handle it, apex gaming pc's you guys did amazing! And keep you the work. Your fellow twitch streamer - GyroPlaystv <3

-5/5 for quality, first time splurging extra for RGB and top of the line parts
-installation and set up was a breeze
-i have more money than time, so i splurged on some of the customer service extras: discount on parts upgrades, anti viral software
-apex sent out an email saying their quality control process found 4090s that were apparently not 'new' and they notified everyone and did a recall (this was before i received the pc but it was still nice to know they're monitoring for things like this).
Dislikes
-Long AF wait. 5 months to get order. Granted, major hangup was waiting for 4090 GPU
-more frustrating was the ETA tracker: the ETA changed, not an exaggeration, about a dozen times, anywhere ranging from 1-6 weeks. I'd much prefer an overestimate of ETA than overpromising and then repeatedly being let down.
-never received the monitor that was included for free in the deal
-DO NOT do rush delivery. I ordered this originally and it did not happen. I suggested they put a disclaimer on the rush delivery option with a warning that its not 100% guaranteed, which they then did on the order page. Never received a refund of the rush fee
-i ordered the more basic/smaller sag bracket to help with the size of the 4090 GPU, before finalizing the order, they suggested i upgrade to a slightly more expensive/larger sag bracket. OK, not that much more, sure why not. due to size of 4090, there wasn't enough room to install the recommended sag bracket, so they sent me that part anyway, did not notify me this was happening, and they ended up doing a vertical installation of the GPU. Why wasn't i contacted about this?
