This milestone is the direct result of months of collaboration between Apex Gaming PCs and UPS to engineer a fully custom packaging solution designed specifically for high-performance computers.

Working Hand-in-Hand with UPS

Earlier this year, our operations and logistics teams began working directly with UPS engineers to design packaging that meets the unique challenges of shipping custom gaming PCs. Together, we analyzed thousands of data points on delivery routes, box compression, drop forces, and vibration impact to ensure that every Apex system arrives exactly as it left our quality-control bench: flawless.

Our new packaging solution is unlike anything else in the industry. Here’s what makes it so effective:

• Double 250lb-rated corrugated boxes: Every PC is shipped inside a heavy-duty double-wall box built to withstand the toughest handling environments.

• Soft foam interior protection: Precision-cut foam keeps components cushioned and locked in place, eliminating vibration and shock.

• Instapak® custom foam support: Expanding foam molds perfectly around your specific PC, ensuring a secure, glove-like fit every time.

• GPU shipped uninstalled: To prevent GPU sag or damage during transit, all Apex systems with high-end graphics cards ship with the GPU safely packaged separately and easily installable upon arrival.

• Proprietary GPU Secure Technology: For configurations that do ship with GPUs installed, our in-house–developed GPU Secure bracket system immobilizes the card, preventing movement or flex even under extreme shipping conditions.
