Initial Payment: This is not a fee. It is your first month's rent applied directly to your system cost.

Early Purchase Option: You may buy out the balance at any time with no penalties and a reduced total cost.

Return Policy: You may return the PC at any time to cancel future obligations.

Hibernation Rights (Reinstatement Rights): If you return the PC voluntarily, Apex protects your right to reinstate this agreement for up to 180 days. We hold your total rental payments made and you can resume your path to ownership later. Return shipping for reinstatement is a flat $42.50.

On-Time Definition: Payments are "on time" for bonus eligibility if made within 3 business days of the due date.
