While the initial delivery was delayed multiple times, Apex was able to update me each time, offering a change of case to quicken getting me the product. I found them through their sponsor of a Content Creator I watch, and am glad to have helped support him.
The tower, monitor, keyboard, mouse all work great and I was quick to get used to them compared to my previous set up. The wireless headset is my biggest complaint about the hardware I received, the range feels very weak, having difficulties staying connected just some 10 feet from the tower.
I'd recommend Apex to any of my friends who do not have the time to build their own devices, especially with how they have changed since my order has gone through

I like the PC, it works great and looks good too. In the customer service department, it would be great if customers could receive a notification that delivery would be delayed and explain the reason behind the delay. Other than that it was a good purchase.

I've had this new PC for about 2-3 months I think. When I received it joy rushed me. It took longer for the PC to get to me then I had hope but the product is just what I thought it'll be. The first few uses of the PC it did freeze on me making me rest the PC but not long it just went away. This PC was better then my previous one so now I'm able to run games well that I hadn't been able to before. Other then performing, the appearance was nice but I can't control the RGB. That about it.

Beautifully designed and great modules inputted in it. I’d only wish to know how to change the colour of my RGB fans tho.. LOL. It did come way later than expected due to some missing parts having to be shipped.
