Fantastic! Support was great, sales was informative and I was kept up-to-date on my build, even had a brief call to make sure I was getting what I wanted for a nearly $3,000 build. Build quality was fantastic, and I definitely recommend spending just that little extra for cable management, it REALLY helped with putting a bit more after-market in my PC once I got it. Next I need a PC, I'll probably head right back here. For sure worth it.

PC is fine, but they charge a premium for the convenience of having it built for you. This process has been anything but convenient, and looking back I should have specced and built the thing myself. I ordered it on 3/8, it did not ship until 4/18. The wifi6 dongle they upcharge $100 for is a really crappy usb dongle with unimpressive speed and range. I upgraded to a tp-link pcie card for $34 that is significantly better. I also paid for the 'anti-sag' bracket, when it arrived that was not connected to the graphics card in any way, so it was a complete waste. The USB 3.0 ports on the case also do not work correctly, any 3.0 device fails to recognize properly. I think it has to do with the cable they used between the motherboard and case, but haven't figured it out yet.
I also ordered less RAM than i meant to (my fault), and they offered me the chance to buy the extra RAM I wanted. I paid that invoice on 4/29, it is 5/14 and that RAM still hasnt shipped.
Their customer service responds quickly, but due to the amount of time I've been dealing with this, I can't recommend it.

While the experience overall was favorable, at first I was a little put off. One of the "features" that was claimed is that a customer service rep would call and talk with you about your purchase. I scheduled the call, took time off work to be available and never received the call at the scheduled time. I attempted to contact Apex and reschedule, but never heard back from them. I understand new parts are sometimes scarce in this market, so when my GPU wasn't anywhere to be found, Apex graciously provided me with an upgrade, but also downgraded the case, likely to cover some of the costs with the GPU upgrade. This in turn caused the PC to not fit in my desk and I had to totally re-arrange my office because of it. I would likely purchase from Apex again in the future, hopefully these slight hiccups will be fixed by then.

Does everything I want it to do, runs great; besides some plates underneath where the gpu is mounted to the case arriving with some slight bends, it looks fantastic. Completely superficial as far as I can tell and hasn't taken away from my enjoyment of the product, just wanted to let y'all know. Am quite happy with my purchase and feel it was worth it for a highly customizable pre-built PC.

Both of the computers I ordered are working well. I have one small critique: I order two computers with slightly different specs, however, it was not obvious which one was which until I looked at the installed hardware for each one. Would have been nice if their individual boxes had been more clearly labeled. Other than that; excellent.

I replaced an older HP Laptop in my DCS simulator and I couldn't be happier the speed of the game increased 4 fold and the game is much more enjoyable. I recommend this to anyone looking to enhance the DCS experience.

Pc was a bit overpriced compared to most prebuits but the service was great. Pc came in and booted right up. Packaged well. Overall good experience just a bit expensive.

A lot of the USB ports don't work. Also, the wifi connects to the router, but doesn't let me get online. It's a decent PC, but not worth what I paid for it.

Sorry for photo missing computer. Since I had to send it back after a month or so for it not working. And I had to pay for shipping. Also the mouse did not work and headset has bad mic operation. Other than that everything is just great
