The machine has decent packaging and initial performance. No complaints there. However, there were a ton of out-of-the-box issues between how it was set up, account structuring, bloatware, poor system resource management, and more. The monitor I was forced into getting has blackout issues and dead pixels and permanent marring, which is really unacceptable at this price point. Customer service quality and response times have both been absolute garbage, worst in the entire industry, we're talking week+ response times for basic information requests and terrible turnaround on actual issues with no calls or actual attempts at support.

This is an amazing computer and I wouldn't trade it in for anything else, I however did have a problem with the SSD the first time I booted it up, it caused me to have to go buy a new SSD but other than that, she's been running like a top!

In almost every way this computer was a direct upgrade from my old PC which started having a few issues, mainly the CPU not being able to keep up. That said I have a single issue with this PC and that's Disk space but that's entirely my fault because I forgot how big video games are!
