Apex Loyalty Cash Back Gift Card – Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 7th, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Apex Gaming PCs’ Loyalty Cash Back Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”). By accepting, using, or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Scope

Apex Loyalty Cash Back Gift Cards are issued as part of promotional offers, cashback events, or loyalty programs. They may only be redeemed toward the purchase of a new, complete PC system from Apex Gaming PCs.

2. Restrictions on Use

Gift Cards may not be used for:

  • Replacement parts or services associated with RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)

  • System upgrades, including GPU, CPU, storage, RAM, or accessory add-ons to an existing order or system

  • Standalone parts or accessories not part of a complete PC build

  • Taxes, shipping fees, or any non-merchandise charges

  • Past purchases or balances due

Apex reserves the right to cancel or reject Gift Card usage if these conditions are violated.

3. Redemption Guidelines

  • Gift Cards may only be redeemed on our official website or through Apex Gaming PCs' direct sales team.

  • Only one Gift Card may be used per new PC purchase unless otherwise approved in writing by Apex.

  • Gift Cards are non-reloadable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

  • Any unused balance on the Gift Card is forfeited after redemption.

  • Gift Cards cannot be used in combination with other discount codes, promotions, or financing offers unless explicitly allowed.

4. Expiration and Validity

  • Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

  • Expired cards will not be reissued or extended.

5. Loss, Theft, and Fraud

Apex Gaming PCs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Gift Cards may be deactivated if suspected to be obtained through fraud, resale, or abuse of any promotional or loyalty program.

6. Modifications

Apex Gaming PCs reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Gift Card program or these Terms at any time without notice, provided that changes will not affect previously issued Gift Cards already in compliance with these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
