N I got my pc from you guys in February. It has now started not to work. The PC boots up fine and I get the bios screen. Then between that and when I try to login. The screen goes blank. I can see that the GPU’s fans also stop. I have tried rebooting and changing out the hdmi cable just in case but it keeps happening

when i got it graphics card was barley able to run certain games i wanted to play because it was a 4gb when i asked for 8 and above and my cpu cooler was also trash barley cooled my cpu and tge picture said i was gonna have rgb when it got here it came with no rgb so i had to replace all the fans if i were to buy a pc again apex is not the place

This is my first pc so I don know much about how it should preform but what I do know is, It will run pretty much any Roblox game on full graphics at at least 60fps most games at 144fps and basically no lag, helldivers I can get 60fps with all low graphics while in the field but in the lobby it’ll drop down to 20-30fps witch for me is ignorable, teardown will run at a solid 60fps on high graphics even when there are medium-large explosions, I bought it on sale for $700-ish but in the end it came out to $1000 even, mainly due to shipping but so far it’s doing good enough for me I am having internet trouble but I’m pretty sure that’s just my internet being bad since we have a history of it clunking out

Really terrible communication with this company. I set up an engineer call as requested, but they never bothered to call at the scheduled time or any other time. I requested follow up via email, they never emailed. Computer was finally delivered a month after fulfillment date. They say they updated the motherboard at that point to get it to me "quicker" but at that point that seema like the bare minimum they could do after having my payment in hand for six weeks. A response to a bad review was the only other time they responded in an even remotely timely manner.

Website originally started average time was 10-13 days to ship, this ended up being closer to 50 days. Initial contact after order indicated I should set up a call with an individual to discuss my needs. I emailed that it was a gift and I was unsure what info I could provide, received no response to that email but again another automated one requiring a call. I set that call up, received a confirmation but never received the call. This was only the start of an absolutely horrible communication experience. All I ever got were automated emails telling me about delays. I tried every communication method listed on the website and only received one response over the nearly two months. It was such a difficult experience I assumed I had fallen victim to an expensive scam. While the computer did show up and my son enjoys it, I'd just go to a big box next time, the hassle, wait time, lack of communication, and two months with nothing to show for the thousand dollars spent were definitely not worth any infinitesimal differences from what I'd get elsewhere and immediately.

I paid $1,300.00 for this computer. When received, with the company technician it was not working. Sent it back to be repaired and have NOT heard from them again. Made several calls to them but keep saying calling outside of hours. When calling them well within their hours. If I don't get a voice reply soon, I will get my money back. Completely unacceptable company/customer communications.

Overall a great pc, just 1 issue. The graphics card they gave only had 4GB of memory on it, so I can barely run any games without lagging very bad. Other than that thought it’s a great pc.

i had gotten my pc and i had tried to hook it up to the monitor i had ordered to come with it but all i have is a black screen and cant figure out whats wrong, im taking it into a shop to see whats wrong with it, the monitor itself works with other pc's and the pc lights up and looks like its functioning right but i cant get them to work with each other

The experience ive had with Apex gaming pc's has been amazing! Even through a hurricane they stayed in touch with me about the progress of my build. The only issue i had the whole time was the expanding packaging they used for the inside of the pc wedged itself underneath the graphics card and took some cutting to get out. Other than that my pc works perfectly and im very happy with the experience. Thank you!

Well first off your pc are way over priced. I could have bought the components I tried for half of the price and other company’s are shipping for free. I got charged 200 to ship. I get an up charge for building it and testing before shipping but for a little more then half the price I could have walked into Best Buy and bought a more powerful pc off the shelf. I tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn’t and the pc hadn’t even started to be built yet.

I absolutely love the quality and looks of the computer. It started up with no problems due to the amazing build quality and packaging. One issue is I payed for 2 week build and delivery but it ended up taking a month. While the computer is well worth its value, I expect more when I pay an extra 200 dollars for faster processing.

I orderd the pc and got close to what I asked for. However, for two of the main components I found that coustomer service led me to pay a higher price by telling me that more expensive parts were not compatible (even though they were) to pay a higher price for lower quality parts.
