Sorry for the one star guys, but seeing as how I've had to send the PC back to you guys after several motherboard/graphics card related issues and am currently waiting for an update regarding the repairs and/or replacements I can't in good conscience give you a good review. I've appreciated your customer service and replies to my emails asking for updates, but until I have a working product on my desk making this $3800 worth it, I can't give you more than one star. Once this is all over if I can I'll go back and change this review to reflect how the PC functions assuming it does if/when I get it back.

The computer works perfectly. The unpacking was mostly painless, though I did find a loose screw in the computer case. The ordering and shipping of the computer was not the greatest. The predicted turn around time when I ordered it was 3 weeks and it eventually took 5. Communication was spotty at times and conflicting at others, one email stating I was waiting for parts and an earlier saying the build had finished.

This was my first big-time PC purchase and I couldn't ask for better service or a better computer. The build team consistently updated me, the computer was shipped ASAP, and everything arrived ready to play thanks to the care that was put into packing it. I was a bit nervous having spent a P R E T T Y penny, but had no reason to be. The PC runs super quietly and the only thing that causes problems is my own internet. Over all, I'm more than satisfied and have recommended Apex to my coworkers. Thank you all very much for doing such amazing work.

The entire process of ordering this PC was handled very well in my experience. After putting in my initial order, I was contacted by a technician to discuss my typical PC uses in order for Apex to make suggestions and build the PC as good as possible for my needs. The PC was delivered earlier than expected as well. It has worked beautifully for the few months I've used it prior to this review, 0 problems.

The PC is working great, any issues I had previously were easily fixed. I do wish though that the requirement for a WiFi adapter/router was a little more obvious. Beyond that, I’m happy with the purchase.

The computer is terrific, but I wouldn't buy from Apex Gaming again. They waited most of the estimated time given to me before informing me that they were missing parts, then continued to move the estimated ship date such that it was over a month late. Buying from this company was a much larger hassle than it needed to be.

1. Does not look like the old or the new model.
2. You get the obnoxious rainbow lighting.
3. It is not flood themed at all.
4. Before the new model xperia has on his channel I bought the pc advertised 2 months back and it did not look like that at all, to find out that the they got rid of that model over half a year ago and never told xperia.

I've never owned an actual gaming PC before, only a few laptops. Let me say I'm genuinely very happy that I chose Apex to be the first. I am very pleased with the build, and most importantly how the PC feels and performs. I have no negative things to say about the product itself, however I do wish that I was updated a bit more during the build process, as it took weeks to get any updates sometimes (Though it was understandable due to part supply shortages). 10/10 for me!
