The pc works great came with no issues. My only suggestion for anyone getting one is that the pc doesn't come with WiFi. But other then that it's an incredibly build. And the communication and feedback is great, they give great suggestion on what are good upgrades and how to improve your pc.

I love the final product. It looks and runs great - I've even left the Apex logo as my lock screen and desktop image! My only complaints are in the length of time the build took and communication along the way. Website stated that production wouldn't begin until all parts were in, so when my PC moved into production after only a couple of weeks I got excited. At 7 weeks of production time, I contacted support and was informed there was one component missing - the build was started because it's delivery was supposedly imminent. It took 2 more weeks due to a shipping error - all of which my build just stated "in production." I was informed that QA was would expedited but it took 8-9 days after production was finished to enter QA. The overall timeline I was OK with, I just didn't appreciate the inaccuracies that set expectations one way only to be let down again. I'd rather have seen a build stage "holding for missing components" or the like, and also think the website should be updated if builds are/can be started before all components are received.
All in all, 9/10 and I'd definitely use Apex again.

I’d say the computer itself is amazing by far the best “console” I’ve had and will ever have, the experience going through apex however was long and delayed, it was also very difficult to communicate with the company regarding my computer and the email regarding upgrade was annoying as I could not select what I wanted

I love the pc, it runs everything I play fantasticly. The one thing that makes this review a 3 star is that apparently I had to select if I wanted wifi capabilities. I didn't know I had to so it doesn't have that. It also has locked the wifi addapters i purchased at 3.5 MB per second download speeds... I don't know how, reddit doesn't know how, and most computer forms I post on tell me I'm on my own... I still love the pc, it's just that I don't have Ethernet access. So if someone gets it, make sure you either select the wifi option, or have access to Ethernet cables.
