Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Desktops & Ready-to-Ship Desktops: Orders may be cancelled free of charge until the production process begins or a shipping label is created. Once an order enters the production process or is prepared for shipment, it will be handled according to our Return Policy. Because we work to ship PCs as quickly as possible, production may begin the same day an order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Specialized Systems: Orders for Laptops, Apex Custom Builds, and Apex Xtreme Systems are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Delayed Orders: If your order exceeds its specified lead time (including Ready-to-Ship or Rush Builds), you are entitled to a full cancellation and refund.

  • Payment Delays: Orders delayed due to non-payment that are subsequently cancelled will be treated as returns.

  • Refund Method: All approved cancellations include a full refund of the purchase price, shipping, and taxes to the original payment method.

Returns Policy

  • Standard Eligibility: Custom and Ready-to-Ship desktops may be returned for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Final Sale Items: Laptops, Apex Custom Builds, and Apex Xtreme Systems are custom-engineered or specialized units and are not eligible for return. 

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your system arrives damaged, incorrect, or dead on arrival (DOA), you are entitled to a complete system rebuild, which will be shipped within 72 hours. If any of the original components are unavailable, they will be replaced with upgraded components at no additional cost.

  • Refusal of Delivery / Return to Sender: If a shipment is refused, the order will be processed as a Standard Return. The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs (both to the address and back to our facility), and the standard restocking fee will apply.

  • Standard Returns & Fees:

    • A restocking fee of up to 15% of the PC purchase price will apply.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • All sales taxes will be fully refunded.

    • The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
