Returns and Cancellations Policy
Free Returns Policy:
Apex Gaming PCs is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 30-day free no questions asked returns period for all computers, subject to certain conditions and exclusions. PCs returned within 30 days are eligible for a full refund. Computers and peripherals must be returned in the same functioning condition they were delivered in to be eligible.
Exclusions from Standard Return Policy:
Certain products are ineligible for return under our standard policy, including but not limited to:
- Custom Loop PCs
- PCs shipped with non-standard parts requested by the customer
- PCs with custom modifications made by the customer
- PCs with custom decals or paint
- PCs requested for return more than 30 days after delivery
Free Cancellations Policy:
Our order processing times range from 2-8 weeks, excluding Same Day Ship (SDS) and Rush Builds. All sales are considered final and "as is" following these guidelines:
- Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of order placement for a full refund.
- Orders not cancelled within the initial 48-hour window are non-cancellable thereafter (unless delayed or late).
- Orders exceeding 8 weeks from the order date or beyond the specified lead time for SDS/Rush Builds may be cancelled for a full refund at any time past the expected shipment date.
- Orders informed by Customer Service to ship within 48 hours cannot be cancelled. If such an order fails to ship within the advised timeframe, cancellation is permitted without charge.
- Orders pending payments for changes, and delayed due to non-payment, cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
All conditions and terms of our returns and cancellations policy are communicated in the order confirmation email, ensuring transparency and understanding with our valued customers.
If your order was placed before 02/12/2024 your order may have been subject to our previous returns policy which included a 15-25% restocking fee for PCs returned that were not damaged or dead on arrival. Additionally a cancellation fee may have been charged if an order was cancelled within our posted lead times. These charges would have been in line with our applicable policies at the time, however, we will reconsider and possibly refund any previously charged fees for customers who believe they were charged incorrectly. We do not have any reports or records of customers who were charged inappropriately however we welcome customers to contact Support@ApexGamingPCs.com for review of any fees charged.
