Returns and Cancellations

Returns:

All Apex Gaming PCs come with a 14 days standard return period, in which, a computer may be returned. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items such as “Rush Build”, “Microsoft Office”, “Overclocking” and “Shipment Fees” are not refunded due to the nature of the purchased item. Certain items are excluded from Apex Gaming PC's standard return period. The following items are excluded:

  1. All Custom Loop PCs
  2. All Apex Gaming PC "Custom Builds"
  3. All PCs Shipped With Non-Standard Customer Requested Parts
  4. All PCs In Which A Customer Has Modified A Certain Part(s)
  5. All PCs With Custom Decals/Paint

All shipping costs to return the PC are to be paid by the customer. In the event, any of the following items are met. the shipping cost incurred by the customer may be refunded:

  1. Hardware-related issues are the cause of PC instability or performance issues.
    1. Please note, software such as Windows 11 Pro (Operating Systems), drivers, and other added software-related issues are not covered under this section.
  2. Outbound shipment from Apex Gaming PCs to customer suffered damage verified by both the shipment carrier and Apex Gaming PCs.

Apex Gaming PCs highly recommend customers purchase insurance on all returns shipments to ensure any damaged returns, or lost shipments are covered by the shipment provider. In the event, a shipment is returned damaged Apex Gaming will deduct the cost of the damaged items from the refund.

Exemption of 25% Restocking Fee:

Apex Gaming PCs understand that certain circumstances lead to returns and order cancellations that are out of the customer’s control. Apex Gaming PCs will waive the 25% restocking fee in the event all of the following items have been met:

  1. Hardware-related issues are the expected cause of PC instability or performance issues and the PC has been returned within 14 days.
    1. Please note, software such as Windows 10 Pro (Operating Systems), drivers, and other added software-related issues are not covered under this section. PCs will software-related issues are subject to the 25% restocking fee.
  2. All accessories such as wireless adaptors, wireless antennas, RGB controllers, manuals, and all other items shipped with your purchase originally are returned in the return shipment.
  3. The PC is returned in the same condition it was shipped in. 

Cancellations

Effective 8/30/2021 all cancellations will be charged a processing fee of $75 to cover all expenses charged to Apex Gaming PCs during the return of any funds paid. 

All sales are final and as is. All returns and cancellations are at the sole discretion of Apex Gaming. Apex Gaming understands that situations do arise in which a customer may need to cancel an order. However, due to the nature of Apex Gaming PCs supply chain, orders canceled outside of our standard 72-hour grace period but within 14 days are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. The following types of orders are subject to a $350 cancellation fee.

  1. All Custom Loop PCs
  2. All Custom Build PCs
  3. All PCs Shipped With Non-Standard Custom Parts
  4. All PCs In Which A Customer Has Modified A Certain Part(s)
  5. All PCs With Custom Decals/Paint

Orders that are canceled outside of the 3-14 day period, and have begun production are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Any orders that are delayed beyond the anticipated delivery date, are not subject to a cancellation fee.
