Very well built. The shipping process could’ve been more streamlined and during the process parts were delayed. I would recommend more direct customer contact when things get delayed especially when thousands of dollars are spent on a single product. Also more consistent updates when the process gets off schedule for any reason. Once getting in contact with customer service every one I talked to was understanding, professional, and helpful.

I don’t like it at all there was no clear indication that it was Ethernet only and I live at the second floor and the router is in the living room. So I have wasted a lot of money trying to get this Ethernet shit to work buying all these routers and cables for nothing complete waste of my time and money

So far it’s been a decent computer. On the day it showed up I was talking to customer service for two hours be cause I could not get the GPU to pick up my monitors. In the end Tim who was helping me decided that the GPU was bad. He started a RMA for it. I’ve sent the broken GPU back and I’m waiting for a new one. I’m hoping that when I get a new GPU that my rating will go up.

Love the pc and runs great the only issue is that I made and appointment to talk to some one after purchase to upgrade and change something on the pc. Got in touch with somebody and discussed what I wanted. According to them they had changes to my order. The changes were upgraded ram from 8 to 16 and the case changed from basic white to black. I assumed they would update the pc but never did. When I received it the changes that I asked for were not there.

Overall, I think this was a good purchase (although I'm not the end user. It was purchased for my son). Apex did a great job communicating about the product and the process. It took way longer than we anticipated though. Purchased in June, received in I believe September. The other negative is the mouse cord is extremely short, not really usable as is so he'll need to buy another.

My pc is absolutely wonderful. It runs effortlessly when under a lot of pressure, the fans haven’t kicked up once even while testing. The temperatures have stayed relatively low.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase even though I could have built it myself here and it would have been far cheaper. (CAD to USD).
The staff has been wonderful to work with and answered my emails quite quickly to answer my questions and concerns.

Totally worth it, even the 6 months of waiting! Its my first gaming PC and i love it, its perfect! Even the customer service was great and super quick to answer when i had problem setting it up, i was so eager to try it and play and i got help in less then 30 minutes. Would recommend Apex Gaming to everyone who wants a nice gaming pc but don’t have the knowledge to put it together.

With how long a process this was I feel it is only appropriate to leave a proper review.
I ordered the Deus, though I maxed out most options for the model. I also purchased the monitor + keyboard bundle. All products arrived without issue. All products ordered have been confirmed working upon first boot, which was about as seamless as I could've hoped for. Temperatures reading great idle and under load (max temp was about 60 degree C while playing Elden Ring, idle about 38 degree C). I've only been able to test so far with one game, but so far buttery smooth performance. Runs very quiet, can barely hear the fans. PC itself is very elegant and clean, not a cable nightmare fest like my last rig. Appreciate the way the packaging was handled and the attention to detail. I reached out to support once to ask about where a package was and they responded back within 20 minutes with a satisfying answer.
My only one complaint is the amount of time it took for the build to finish which ended up being around 3 months from initial order to booting everything for the first time. The tracking app, however, is very nice showing exactly what stage everything was in. The time did end up going a bit over the initial estimate though.
All-in-all, very satisfied so far. Hoping to get 7+ years out of this build.

This whole experience has been garbage and is showing no signs of improving. I spent a little over $2000 on my pc and have received no updates in almost 2 months, and if course even though they have done literally nothing to/for it there is still a minimum $200 cancellation fee.

This was a bumpy road but we got there eventually, and I’m super happy with the results. Im only 15 and worked a summer job to get this PC. I ordered it on September ninth I believe, and recorded it on February third. Communication was pretty good. Any time my pc advanced to the next step I received an email stating what’s completed and what’s next. Because of the chip shortage, it took forever to get finished, but that’s not in the realm of the companies control. Customer service was phenomenal, they got back to me fast and always answered questions. I’ve had the PC for a while now and it’s great. It runs everything I want it to at decent specs. It’s a very good PC for a beginner. It was very well packaged, and came with a bunch of things to help set up the PC, and even an upgrade manual. When the description said “upgradable and good cable management,” they weren’t joking. The cable management is spot on, and it is super easy to upgrade. I already installed an internal hard drive, and there’s room for another, and 3 more SSD’s. When shipped, it only took 3 days to get here. I only have a few complaints. Number one, and probably the biggest is storage. It only comes with a small amount of storage if you don’t buy the extra storage options, but the options are there so I don’t find it too bad. Number two, is that there is no Bluetooth or wifi capabilities without buying a separate chip. They are usually inexpensive though. I bought an antenna usb wifi chip for twelve dollars usd on Amazon and it works flawlessly.
I would recommend this PC to any beginners who are willing to A) wait the long time, B) shell out the extra cash for upgraded storage, and C) Need an affordable beginners rig.

This pc works flawlessly and really does elevate my gaming experience! I’m a first time buyer and newcomer to the pc gaming sector so my knowledge is kind of limited. But the apex team did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be happier. I literally only had to plug in the computer, hook it up to the internet and I was gaming in a few short minutes. Well done Apex!

Bought this specifically for ark because of syntac (played on ps4 forever and got tired of the lag). Because of the pandemic and lack of computer parts it took a while to get but apex did a great job keeping me informed. Easy to set up once I got and it runs ark at 67fps even with mods. Definitely love the pc and worth the money.

This PC surpassed all expectations, at this price point I expected to just get something “ok”. Instead I received an extremely capable machine, able to run the majority of games at or above 60fps on high settings.

I found this company through Syntac, ultimately why I chose them over a big name. I added some stickers to the glass panel for flare. Desktop image is a video using Wallpaper Engine on Steam. I have not had any issues with games. At first I thought maybe there was a pc issue with Ark, since it was crashing, but the more I think about it the more I realize Ark just crashes a lot in general, even on console. The game runs beautifully otherwise. Skyrim: Special Edition plays beautifullly on high graphics. Minecraft also no problem (duh). I am super happy with this computer and how it runs. I don't think I'll have any issues playing the games I want in the future.

I ordered my computer back in August and didn't receive it until October. Not thrilled about that, but I get that covid messed up a lot.
When I received my computer and set it up, I found that the default storage size was TINY. So tiny, in fact, that I could not play Ark on the computer that was SUPPORTED BY AN ARK STREAMER. So I spoke to a representative and was offered an upgrade. But first I had to send in my old hard drive.
On October 27, I received confirmation that it was received and the representative I spoke to assured me that he'd speak to shipping about having my new NVMe sent out. I was assured again and again that it will be "arriving at my location soon" or "next week" or "the middle of next week". On NOVEMBER 10, I received a notice FROM STAMPS.COM, sent attached to an Apex email, that SHIPPING WAS CONFIRMED. Checking it did nothing because even now it says that the package has not been received by USPS.
It was only after I kept asking that it was found that though the system said that it was sent, it actually hadn't been picked up by USPS and had just been sitting there. I was told by the rep I had been dealing with that someone had gone to pick it up and dropped it off at a USPS location. That was on Wednesday and as of Saturday, I STILL have not received this. So right now, I have a computer that I can't use because I'm waiting on someone to mail back my NVMe. Not to mention I haven't received confirmation that A NOTICE FROM STAMPS.COM was a valid confirmation or tracking number. If it is, then it STILL HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED. If it's not, then why was it sent attached to an Apex email? Had it changed? Is there another tracking number?
I understand that 2020 is a rough year. I understand that a lot of industries were hit hard by covid and that the mail system is... something. But not receiving any concrete updates is ridiculous. So is waiting FOR ALMOST A MONTH for a single part to be sent. I'm trying to be understanding but it's really hard to be nice, to be understanding, when I paid so much money for something that I still can't use.

This computer has been great. I got it specifically to play Ark with my husband (my computer is better than his now ). I'm able to play with the Epic graphics setting. It's so fast compared to my old computer.
