How the Upgrade Process Works

  1. Request an Audit: Contact Apex Support with your performance goals or target games/workloads.

  2. Custom Compatibility Blueprint: Our technical team evaluates your current build to map out the most cost-effective path forward, identifying which existing parts can be reused.

  3. Transparent Pricing: You receive an itemized quote reflecting the direct component cost plus a flat-rate technician assembly, shipping and testing fee.

  4. Ship, Upgrade & Stress-Test: Send your system to our facility using our discounted shipping rates. We install your new hardware, clean and service existing parts, perform benchmark stress tests, and ship it back.

Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Original Owner Coverage: This program applies to the original purchaser of any Apex prebuilt or custom system for the lifetime of the original PC chassis.

  • Part Eligibility: Reusability of existing components depends on hardware generation compatibility (e.g., socket support, power supply wattage headroom, and clearance restrictions).

  • Warranty Transfer: New upgrade components installed by Apex receive their full manufacturer warranties, while remaining original parts retain any active coverage under your initial Apex agreement.
