Apex / Manik Power Supply Recall Reminder

🚨 RECALL UPDATE: Apex Gaming PCs / Manik PSU Safety Reminder (June 24, 2026)

As part of our ongoing commitment to your safety and in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we are sharing an important update regarding the voluntary recall of Manik and Apex-branded ATX Computer Power Supply Units (PSUs).

The Core Hazard

The CPSC recall notice highlights that these specific units lack a permanent, on-product safety warning label identifying potential electrical shock and electrocution hazards. This poses a serious risk of injury or death if the unit is opened or disassembled. High-voltage internal components can retain a dangerous electrical charge even long after the PC is completely unplugged.

⚠️ DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ATTEMPT TO OPEN, DISASSEMBLE, OR SERVICE YOUR POWER SUPPLY UNIT.

Are You Affected?

The recall includes both standalone units and power supplies pre-installed inside custom gaming rigs sold between December 2021 and February 2026. This affects the following configurations:

  • Brands: Manik or Apex

  • Colors: Black or White

  • Wattages: 450W, 750W, 1000W, and 1200W

Action Required

We mailed out the required permanent, heat-resistant adhesive warning labels. If you have not yet received your safety label or a replacement power supply unit, or if your package was returned to us due to an outdated mailing address, please act immediately:

  1. Verify Your Shipping Information: Contact our dedicated support channels to update your address if your label has not arrived.

  2. Apply the Fix: Once received, immediately apply the "Danger/Warning" sticker to your PSU housing.
