Had I known how much of a headache owning one of these was going to be I would have just bought a console instead. Firstly, I waited longer than I had ever anticipated for this PC to even be built. I ordered it on July 15th and it wasn't built until August 12th and I finally received it on August 15th but only after calling multiple times to get updates and eventually just wanting a refund but couldn't get one because I was only DAYS away from the 30-Business-Day policy and then and only then was my PC order expididted, go figure. Secondly, I received it in a corrupted state. I cannot properly run ANY of my games without restarting the PC multiple times. At first I thought it was a network issue on my end, however after speaking to customer support we found out that my version of windows installed was corrupted and we ended up having to nuke my PC and reinstall everything manually again. This fixed my issue temporarily but after installing the latest version of windows again the issue still persists and I would even say is worse than when I called in the first place. Lastly, the AIO cooler used to be an aesthetic neon shift color scheme which has been permanently changed to red. I don't know why and I haven't found a way to change it back to its nice aesthetic. It's honestly the reason I called customer support in the first place because one second I was playing Helldivers II and then the next my cooler rgb turned red and my PC started going haywire as in freezing up and crashing.
Customer Support has been phenomenal and very kind and patient though. I'm very happy that the two people I was on the phone with were genuinely interested in helping me try to fix my issue. However, unfortunately, it doesn't seem like my issue has been resolved.
I'm unsure what to think of it all other than shaking my head and thinking of how much money I spent to get this experience. I'm honestly disappointed. I still think I would have just bought a console if I knew it was going to be like this owning a PC.

This is my first time purchasing a full fledged PC and I decided to try Apex first and I'm glad I did! The PC was packaged carefully and it runs like a dream! Not only that but it looks pretty with the white case.

I really enjoy my new pc, it took a month and a half to get here but now that it's here I don't have much to complain about, besides it running windows 11 by default. I'd rather have had windows 10 if I'm being honest but I know windows 10 isn't going to be supported for much longer so I get it.

Been using this build for about a week now and it's doing me wonders, still new to owning a PC in general so there's still a lot I've got to learn but it runs everything I want it to with little to no issues whatsoever. My only complaint, which is entirely my fault, was that I didn't get an external hard drive. Filled up more than half the storage in such a short amount of time but it's no big deal and not the fault of the build.

Customer support was fantastic, communicated well and often on how the computer was coming along. Computer shipped without one final upgrade, but to be fair I requested it late into the build process. Unfortunately, the 7700xt in the build is pretty bad; I've had 5 game crashes since purchase and 2 full computer crashes, with the last crash requiring installation of some older drivers. Besides the gpu (which I will be replacing), build quality is excellent; all parts firmly in place, basic cable management package was more than enough for me, and monitoring temperature of the computer shows it running cool at all times. Follow ups from the company after it shipped were not auto responses, but instead helpful insight from the support team. As far as prebuilt computers go, I would recommend apex. I would just not recommend getting my build.

the pc you shipped me was broken and your support that everyone raves about and that you so highly tout on your website hasnt gotten back to me yet after almost a month. would love to get my money back to some extent but i doubt i will because support loves to ghost you. would not recommend this pc or this service

computer arrived well packaged and has been working perfectly since i got it, they kept me informed on my order during all the steps of production and even in spite of a hurricane they still got me my computer in about when they estimated it when i placed the order, witch was a big relief. my only thing i wish was the quality of the parts was better for the price ;(. you know i got 1/2 a car soo :p

The computer came in sturdy packaging and arrived in perfect condition. Unpacking and setup was a breeze! Both my games and art apps run better than ever, with no lag and super quick load times. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered the black case option, but received the white case. Wasn't a huge deal for me, but I can imagine that this would be very upsetting to those who obsessively coordinate their entire setups.
The online order tracker was broken when I placed my order, so I had no idea what stage the build was in or when it was supposed to arrive. When I called to check up on its status, customer service said they were going to follow up with me but never did. Cut to three weeks after the order date and it suddenly ships with no prior notice. At that point I was just glad it shipped at all.
Despite those few snags, the computer's pretty great in both form *and* function. Nice aesthetics, clean wiring, cold cooling, and runs everything I play silky smooth on maximum settings. Couldn't ask for more in that regard.

The PC overall works great. However, I am extremely disappointed that the man who I spoke to did not tell me that my computer does not come with bluetooth capability. I now need to buy something separate, when my PC and any PC should automatically come with bluetooth, in my opinion: especially a gaming PC.
