I had an issue with one of the USB ports, but besides that the PC is running beautifully. Love the build, it looks great and outperforms all my buddies custom built PCs. Great work guys!

The pc is good, though I did have to do some changes.
Since I had a second NVMe I wanted to install I had to remove the graphics card to install it. After doing so, getting the graphics card back in was... not an easy task. Due to the card's height it blocked the panel, and the builders had placed the GPU before the side panel so it was difficult to get back in since I had to force it back behind the panel screw holes.
Please, for the love of all that is good, do not seal your PCs with permanent inserts like you did mine and probably everyone else's. If I'm to do any changes, which most people do to their PCs over time, it's a good idea to use a case which can be taken apart.
Also your support team ignored and/or talked around three refund requests. The build took way too long and when I asked for a refund I didn't get it. Three times. Get a better support team, I do not associate with John MacDonald.
I was also promised a couple bonuses for having to wait so long. I did not get these.
