Dear Apex Gaming PCs Community,

At Apex Gaming PCs, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and our passion for delivering top-tier gaming experiences. We are writing to address an important matter concerning the delivery timelines of our products over the past two years, as well as concerns regarding the brands of parts we use, as well as customers not recieveing a PC that appears astetically similar to the PC shown on the product page.

To address these concerns, we have created a Part Brand and Condition policy that applies to all orders. This policy ensures that you are never stuck with a part that you are not satisfied with, and you can quickly swap to another brand or model free of charge. Additionally, we have made AIOs, full black fans, RGB lights, 1TB Gen4 NVMes, and WiFi and Bluetooth capability standard on all PCs. While these changes do drive up the cost of all Apex Gaming PC systems, we are confident that our customers will be delighted with both the computing performance and the visual appearance of their PC.

Finally, we have also ensured that customers whose PCs arrive DoA (dead on arrival) or with any other issues, within the first 30 days of their PC being delivered, will be provided a replacement PC shipped within 48 hours to replace their original PC. We also acknowledge that several orders placed in 2022 and 2023 were delivered beyond our anticipated lead times. We understand the excitement and anticipation that comes with waiting for your custom gaming PC, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays may have caused.

In our continuous effort to make things right and to show our appreciation for your patience and loyalty, we are excited to announce that we will be extending the warranty period for all orders placed in 2022 and 2023 from one year to two years. This extension is our way of providing peace of mind and ensuring your gaming experience is worry-free for even longer. If you purchased an extended warranty, an additional two years will be added to that warranty. No action is required and this extension will be automatically applied to all orders.

Warranty Extension Details:

  • For All 2022 and 2023 Orders: We are extending the warranty to cover an additional two years, at no extra cost to you. This extension applies to all Apex Gaming PCs ordered in 2022 and 2023 acknowledging the delays and the impact they may have had on your gaming setup plans. No action is requred and the warranty will be automatically applied to your order(s).

Current Delivery Timelines:

  • Custom Builds: We have worked hard over the last 5 months to reduce our lead times to the current 10-12 business days to ensure customers no longer need to wait more than two weeks for their PCs to arrive. 
  • SDS (Same Day Ship) PCs: Our Same Day Ship PCs are shipping on schedule, ensuring you can get into action without unnecessary wait times. Once SDS systems are out of stock, they are automatically sold out on our website. 

Our Commitment: We believe the best way to compensate for the time lost is by giving you more time—more time covered under warranty, ensuring your investment is protected for longer. 

Refunds for 2022 Warranty Claims:

  • If you are a customer from 2022 who has paid for a warranty claim that would now fall under the extended warranty period, we are committed to refunding those expenses. Our team will reach out to affected customers, but please feel free to contact our support team for immediate assistance.

We are incredibly grateful for your support and understanding as we worked through these challenges. This warranty extension is one of the many steps we are taking to ensure you feel valued and supported throughout your journey with Apex Gaming PCs.

Additionally, Apex Gaming PCs will be adding two additional customer service agents and extending our customer service hours from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) to Monday - Sunday (8am-8pm) starting May 26th, 2024.
