I'm going to be completely honest with my review here and delve into all aspects of Apex Gaming PC's. I'll start off with overall time to deliver. Now when I ordered my pc it was expected to be an 8-12 week waiting period which I was okay with especially due to the GPU shortage going on. I ordered my PC on May 8th 2021 and received it on the 25th of October. For this area of my review I am going to give this company a 1/5. Onto the next is Customer Service. Now first and foremost Nick was absolutely amazing whenever I called and helped me out tremendously unfortunately even though we was well spoken and helped get my PC shipped out that still did not make customer service an overall great experience as every time I called for an update I felt as though I was getting the run around from these guys. During the first 12 weeks I received multiple updates on my PC build and I was under the impression it was for sure going to ship within the 12 week window and boy was I ever wrong. Once I did not receive an update after 12 weeks I proceeded to call to figure out what delay I could be facing and of course it was the GPU missing, but within that same phone call it gave me the impression they never even started building my PC almost as though these email updates are just automated and sent out at specific periods to keep you interested and up your excitement just to be torn down realizing you will never truly know when your PC will ship. After about 28 weeks I began calling Nick 2 to 3 times a week to get an answer and I was always told 1 to 2 weeks and I continued to wait. At one point Nick ended up going back to talk to other staff to figure out what was going on because they don't relay information to him to genuinely help customers. When it seemed my PC was about to ship out I got told it was in the repair department... at this point I wanted to file fraud with my CC company because this seemed to ridiculous to be true. Finally after threatening to cancel my order my PC shipped out and arrived 6 MONTHS AND 2 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED double the time expected. Through all this they never offered anything for the massive let downs and issues on their end such as free extended warranty, a small refund, a FULL refund and cancellation with no fees, or even a small upgrade to make this massive wait worth while. So unfortunately I am giving customer service a 3/5 and hear me out only because Nick was so helpful if it wasn't for him it would be a 1/5 as well. Now onto pricing. This aspect for me is a solid 5/5 pricing is one of the main reasons I ordered from here since I live in Canada this same PC would have run me $500-$1000 more at the time I ordered so good job here Apex. Now I'm sure this is what everyone wants to hear is was the PC good? Well I have only had it for a week so far but it is definitely amazing it works well it came ready to go I literally had to plug and play which I did really appreciate and after the mess it has been waiting for this PC I'm glad their wasn't another unexpected issue to run into. Yes I got a 30 series GPU so the performance is great so the PC itself gets a 5/5. Overall I'm giving Apex Gaming PC's a 2.5-3/5. It's a shame I couldn't give them any higher but it has been a massive journey of several let downs unexpected issues and many hardships waiting for this PC. Do I recommend ordering from here? That is entirely up to you if Apex can sort out their issues with the items I mentioned this could be a great company and a great place to order a gaming computer from if not I would not recommend it at all. I know this is a lot to read but I figure anyone looking to buy from here with their hard earned money needs to know these things.

All the cables that came with it were overwhelming, and wasn’t sure if I needed them or what I’ll need them for. But overall I love it, wish I was gaming on PC years ago.

Love the bootup speed and the different colored lights that it gives off

The pc works flawlessly. I love every aspect of it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the wire management could have been done better. When I went to install an extra ssd, it was a fight for wires because everything was just jammed in. Other than that, everything is perfect.
