PC itself works great. IDK if I got like, a work Monitor or what, but it has a stamp IN the screen (B12219), which is fairly annoying. I understood as well that parts are sparse, and things take time. But I got different reports from different employees about where my PC was at in terms of being built, shipping, etc. My biggest feedback is people are paying a TON of money for your product. The product itself is great. But you need work on customer service and feedback. Investing a bit more into people being able to help customers, or a better system to track and manage where PC's are at, would go a long way to repeat customers. My order was almost not shipped, because I got an email asking if I wanted to wait till the Keyboard and mouse pad were in. :/ Those aren't priorities. If everything else is done, and its been a while since the order is placed, send the email and the product. Overall, a 6-10 experience. Product has been sound, is well put together, and good quality. The process needs some work. Thanks!
