if were being honest here the shipment was awful. I ordered the pc in june of 2023 and i got it 2 days before my birthday (my birthday is jan 5th). and when i got the computer it was in pretty bad condition and it had multiple scratches and tiny cracks on the case and glass and i had to reach out to customer service and when i sent it back in the shipment fee was NOT covered and i only just got the computer (without cracks) last week. customer servise was fine but why should i have to reach out to customer service when im spending $1,800 on a gaming computer. i tested the specs compared to my brother's $500 ibuypower prebuild he got for sale and it was literally only 15% better on average despite being 3.6 times the price. overall, a really underwhelming computer for the price and it struggles to run basic games at the FPS requirement (it averages 80 fps on csgo despite it claiming to run 300, it runs 100 fps on minecraft despite claiming to run 300, and it runs 130 fps on fortnite)

The PC honestly wasn't that great. The PC, for it's price, is slow, and the "guaranteed" FPS is way off. For $2,700 you'd be better off just buying an office computer. This computer can barely run Minecraft shaders and 70-90 PZ mods.

The shipping was long but expected.
When received I got a problem with a component that got "disconnected" so I got to reinstall it myself.
But the support team was very nice and helpful for every problem that I had. They answered quickly.
Overall the computer is Great for its price. I can launch 3 games at the time heavily moded and still have no performance problem.
For the price it is worth it and if you really want to, you can always upgrade it yourself easily.
3 empty slots for additional storage and half of the case is empty for you to upgrade.
