I had to wait a long time to receive my PC. I Was not happy about it because I was waiting for it to work from home.. I think you guys needs to be more specific on the parts you are going to use to build the pc.. I thought I was going to receive an Azus motherboard and I received an MSI... the graphics card I was thinking I was going to receive the good 3071 ti not the regular Asus 3070.. Also, I eventhough it says that it was not an rgb pc, I thought that I was going to receive the same pc I saw in the picture that you guys use to promote this build...I not that happy about it.... sometimes when I'm playing COD for a long
time, the game looks wierd like the video card couldn't handle the game with a lot of distortions.... few days ago I was working and out of nowhere the PC rebooted by itself.... eventually I may need to upgrade my video card for a better one, maybe 3090 ti but it wont be now because I used all the money I had in my budget to buy this pc....
This thing is awesome. The computer is great. It does do what it says. If said it can play [Insert game here] with 300+ fps oh high settings, then it can. Once I was getting over 600 fps on one of my games. Of course there is one down side. It takes forever for it to arrive. Everything else is awesome.
The computer has been great and was very convenient to buy and set up.
Really enjoying my PC, have had it for a few months now, no issues at all. Runs and performs with no hiccups whatsoever. Really greatful for the build quality, have already recommended Apex PCs to some of my colleagues.
After a very long wait time for a refurbished PC; 4 months, it shipped broken. I am not familiar with computers and this was my first experience purchasing a PC. The PC would shut itself off while loading a game. I Googled that it was most likely a power supply issue. I spoke with customer service suggesting the power supply issue. They told me the program I was using is the issue and gave me quite the run-a-round saying its not the PC and wanted me to download software to troubleshoot the issue. I refused to download anything saying that a new PC should work and that I would need to ship it back. It took another week of going back and forth with customer service asking for information to send it back. They kept on saying to try other games, download software to monitor computer temperatures. My constant response was asking how to return the PC, saying that a PC that this company ships out should not have this problem with shutting itself down after trying to load any game. They would constantly say "the game/s are not optimized", and that "it is a software issue not the PC." PC specs should have run the game/s without any issue. Going back and forth for a week delayed any type of resolution, with debating and almost arguing with support. After several attempts asking how to return this PC they finally gave me the information after again denying their request to download software and troubleshoot this issue myself. After sending this back I was informed that indeed it was a power supply issue. It took another two weeks to get it shipped back to me. When it did return I booted it up but it would only boot in BIOS mode. I am not in anyway a computer tech and only know basics but again had to reach out to support. After a business day of waiting for a response they informed me that it could be a hard drive issue saying "we've received a bad batch of hard drives so it may be this." After Googling a solution I found out that it got unplugged during shipping. After plugging it back in it rebooted just fine and no other issues occurred. Its a great PC and the wait times were long but understood the wait. What I did not like or understood was the back and forth debating this issue. I asked the first time how to ship this back as I knew it was a problem I could not fix. I informed service that I was not very knowledgeable on PC but they insisted to download things and troubleshoot the issue myself.
