I. LOVE. THIS. PC. I cannot state this enough the only issue I had was with the packaging I'm very new to PCs and the extra parts that came unlabeled really thru me off as a newbie if every bag could just be labeled or just a clear sheet listing all the parts would be very helpful :)

I bought a bundle that came with a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and headphones. The mouse doesn't even connect to the PC. Next I tried everything in the internet section to try to get the wifi on on it after just using a mouse I already have. Can't even connect to the wifi. Over $2,000 wasted on something I can't even use. Highly dissatisfied.

It was alright but if I had known about driver setup I think it would have been better. Because I inadvertently switched the base OS to windows trying to get it to work, And it does now so woo hoo I guess, I think if I really wanted I could switch it back but I don't really want to test fate right now, I really wish some of this info about updating the drivers with sdi or even the disk yawl sent, was on the troubleshooting page or whatnot, and I'm not saying yawl did a bad job or anything the pc's great I probably messed something up no I know I did but if this info had been there I know I wouldn't have needed to use the tech guy so I don't know I'm not really a HR kind of dude but I've you should let people do there jobs and that was tech guys job so I guess I don't know you'll know what to do though. To get things started, the pc works just fine, it's the rest of my experience that has lead to my negative review.
There were two major problems I went through while ordering this pc;
1. Everything was fine from the day I ordered (in May) up until July 22nd where I received my first email regarding delays due to a shortage in GPU's. While this was sent AFTER I was told my pc was finished being built I was patient and waited. After receiving the same update emails about the GPU shortage I emailed customer support in September, since my pc was over due the already extended time (due to covid). I was then told that my pc was in fact finished and the update emails about the GPU shortage are automated? I digress
2. I have finally received the pc in good condition (incredible amount of relief because I didn't want to pay to ship the thing back after it's taken this long). I looked it over and to my displeasure when instead of a 1660 Super, I received a cheaper Phoenix 1050 (which is not even an option for the streamer build so why I have received it is undetermined). While I am not the greatest with pc things, you can imagine my dismay when I saw a much smaller GPU than I was expecting. Alas, after all the frustration I had with the company thus far I settled and will upgrade on my own in the future.
bonus: While now I'm nit picking I waited long enough so I think I deserve the right to do so. I ordered the RGB case fans. Again they work as intended however as of right now I see no way to change the fan colours. This would be fine if they were cycling though the colours, but instead they're stuck on this displeasing yellowish-green colour. This is much more about aesthetics, hence why I put it last.
In conclusion:
Does the PC work? Yes
Was the customer experience good? No absolutely not
Did I get the right parts? No where is my 1660 super I payed for it
Will I recommend Apex Gaming? No, if anything I've advised my friends against it through this painstaking journey just to get a PC. I would have been better off building it on my own.

Took a very long time to arrive but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Since I was on a budget I chose function over aesthetic, but even the bare minimum build looks very nice. I have been able to run every game on high settings while maintaining high FPS. So far I haven't encountered any issues at all and I would definitely buy from Apex again in the future

I think to myself, okay I guess it'll have to do. Every time I called them the delay just got longer and longer. Overall, I enjoy the PC and haven't had any problems with it yet. I would say that Apex Gaming PC's needs to stop over-promising and be realistic with their time estimates, and also reach out to their high-paying customers once in a while. Given the mass shortage of GPUs, waiting came with the territory. Apex Gaming PCs routinely sent automated GPU market information and estimated wait times and even gave options at upgrading or downgrading my GPU to help expedite the process, of which I chose the former ;). I routinely (every 2-3 weeks) reached out to check on my eta and Nicholas responded within 24-48 hours every time. I’m sure it isn’t an easy position to be in, but they continued to improve on how they informed their customers.
Regarding the PC itself. There are some things I’d upgrade; but I did go for the lower end of the spectrum with what Apex offers. The PC was WELL packaged and worked flawlessly once turned on. It has ran incredibly well and looks great too. But the key of this build is the cable management….bravo gents. Cable management was superb.
Only thing I’d recommend to Apex is notifying the customer what color the case would be. Mine came in the red and black version. But it isn’t a big deal at all, for I plan on painting the red shroud to blue.
Bottom line is I’d 100% trust Apex to build my next PC and will be referring anyone to them in the future.

After getting my PC it took about a 3-4 days to get everything running perfectly as my windows key was not put in, my windows was in a older version causing my audio drivers to not work properly which took about 4 hours to fix, and getting the current version of windows to download took a few installs and Uninstalls of different updates to get everything to work 100%. Although this was frustrating, now that I've worked out my issues I absolutely love my PC, it's ridiculously fast, handles everything I can throw at it so far and it looks beautiful too. Apex customer support is by far some of the best customer service I have ever encountered and were extremely quick, clear and concise in their responses. Overall I would definitely recommend buying a PC through them and will definitely use them if I ever buy another PC.

I have a couple gripes with these pcs. I feel as though they are very overpriced. A 1tb hard drive does not cost $70. the Hyper 212 evo does not cost $60. the difference in price between a ryzen 7 3700x and a ryzen 5 3600 is about $130, so I don't know why it costs $230 to upgrade from a 3600 to a 3700x. Also, with the overclocking aspect; you can charge for it, but it does not guarantee 20% extra performance. The silicon lottery is real. You can save a lot of money by spending a couple hours to do research its not my money. If you don't want to do it yourself, these are alright. These are trying times right now in terms of graphics cards. The graphics cards in these pcs are priced pretty well, but everything else is overpriced.

So my PC worked great for 2 weeks then nothing was working and then I had an almost 50 email chain with support and it was going no where finally got an rma# and I shipped it ups told me it arrived still nothing from apex gaming get one at 4:59 can't respond because I keep getting sorry apex gaming pcs are close right now and i've lost it I just want help fixing my problem and no have to worry everything else.

This Streamer/Vanquish Build does just what I need and better than I could have imagined. The PC came very neat and professional I was blown away buy the attention to detail on everything. Some of the upgrades are a bit over priced but I understand they have to make money. The only negative thing I have to say was the build time, took almost 45 days. I would definitely recommend if your in no hurry and want a professional built PC!

it can run games fine and dandy but the cooling isn't the best for the gpu, I try and play ark and it reaches 90 degrees Celsius. the case can definitely be swapped out for a better ventilated case with better cooling

So your who ever overclocked it didn’t take into account the cooling and my computer shut down on me more then once while playing bc of being overheated it’s really pissed me off bc your supposed to be trained professionals at doing this and you could have easily ruined my computer if I didn’t go in and change everything myself but other the. That it’s a decent computer

The computer itself has been fine. It's worked well and that's all I can ask for. As for the customer service and how everything was handled is a whole different story. When my computer was shipped I had already waited quite a while to have it built which is understandable. So about 4-5 weeks went by before I got the computer. Unfortunately, even though they said they tested it, the power supply was bad so I had to send it back. The only reason I even knew the power supply was bad was because I had to troubleshoot myself since I'd only get a one sentence response from customer service agents at random points through the day telling me to make sure it's plugged in followed by 8 hours of radio silence. After they installed a new power supply and sent the computer back the packaging had been jammed in the case hard enough to cause the cooler to press down too hard on the CPU and knock a few cords loose so I had to spend another couple days troubleshooting the thing before I could get it to boot properly. It's been a headache. I'm glad to have my PC up and kicking but my God, coronavirus or not, customer service here has some issues. The one positive I'll say is that they're affordable so I guess I got what I paid for.

I would recommend anyone looking for a pc to stream or play games on should build there own pc. The value for this pc is around $600 if you where to build it your self and from personal experience it is not that hard to build a pc. It is just not worth pay that much extra for this pc but if you really don’t want to build a pc I would still probably recommend something else

The PC is in pristine condition, has no bloatware, includes an Intel i5 8400, GTX 1660 ti, 16gb RAM, 120GB SSD with windows Pro (inactivated), 1.8 terabytes HDD (usable). The PC was originally more customizable when I ordered it, but now seems to only have one buying option. Thus, your system WILL differ. So far, this PC is amazing and runs all current games on high at atleast 60fps at 1080p, although any games released in 2018 or earlier will run much faster than this. Still, even several games released in 2019 run at over 100 frames per second on max settings (such as apex legends). Overall, this is a very potent gaming PC in 2019.
