Returns and Cancellations Policy

Returns Policy:

Apex Gaming PCs is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 14-day return period for all computers, subject to certain conditions and exclusions. Please note, a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing costs. Non-refundable items include services such as “Rush Build,” “Microsoft Office,” “Overclocking,” and “Shipment Fees,” due to the nature of these transactions.

Exclusions from Standard Return Policy:

Certain products are ineligible for return under our standard policy, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Loop PCs
  • Custom Builds by Apex Gaming PCs
  • PCs shipped with non-standard parts requested by the customer
  • PCs with modifications made by the customer
  • PCs with custom decals or paint
  • PCs requested for return more than 14 days after delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Hardware issues causing PC instability or performance problems (excluding software-related issues such as operating systems, drivers, and other software).
  • Damage incurred during outbound shipment from Apex Gaming PCs, confirmed by both the carrier and Apex Gaming PCs.

We highly recommend purchasing insurance for return shipments to cover any potential loss or damage during transit. Should a return arrive damaged, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a PC arrives damaged or is not functioning, Apex Gaming PCs must be notified within 14 days of delivery to authorize a return.

Cancellations Policy:

Our order processing times range from 2-8 weeks, excluding Ready-to-Ship (RTS) and Rush Builds. All sales are considered final and "as is" following these guidelines:

  • Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of order placement, subject to a $75 processing fee to cover administrative costs.
  • Orders not cancelled within the initial 48-hour window are non-cancellable thereafter.
  • Orders exceeding 8 weeks from the order date or beyond the specified lead time for RTS/Rush Builds may be cancelled for a full refund at any time past the expected shipment date.
  • Orders informed by Customer Service to ship within 48 hours cannot be cancelled. If such an order fails to ship within the advised timeframe, cancellation is permitted without charge.
  • Orders pending payments for changes, and delayed due to non-payment, cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Orders older than 4 months are eligible for in-store credit only, as per the limitations outlined in the Shopify Payment FAQ.

All conditions and terms of our returns and cancellations policy are communicated in the order confirmation email, ensuring transparency and understanding with our valued customers.
